Our Theme
The Disciple's Walk
“Noah was a righteous man, blameless in his time; Noah walked with God.” (Genesis 6:9)
“Now when Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to Abram and said to him, ‘I am God Almighty; walk before Me, and be blameless. I will establish My covenant between Me and you, And I will multiply you exceedingly.’" (Genesis 17:1-2)
“Then Moses and the elders of Israel charged the people … The Lord will establish you as a holy people to Himself, as He swore to you, if you keep the commandments of the Lord your God and walk in His ways.” (Deuteronomy 27:1; 28:9)
Since the record of Scripture began, there have been men who have walked with God. And so, the apostle Paul encouraged us to be such men:
“Therefore I, the prisoner of the Lord, implore you to
walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called …”
Ephesians 4:1
