Ray & Laurel Bandi

For forty years, we have helped people from a variety of ages and backgrounds learn to follow Jesus as disciples and equipped them to make other disciples of Jesus as well.

We live in the small town of Thornton, NH, located in the beautiful White Mountain National Forest. We have 4 adult children and 2 grandchildren.

Ministry Resume

1980-1984 – Discipling single adults (20’s & 30’s), Pantego Bible Church, Arlington, TX

1984-1990 – Discipling students at UCLA and young adults in the Los Angeles community and training collegiate ministry staff with The Navigators

1991-1994 – Ray: Pastor of Discipleship and Evangelism, Calvary Church of the Pacific Palisades, CA; Laurel: discipling women in the church and community.

1994-2007 – Ray: Senior Pastor, Hope Christian Church, Winchester, MA; Laurel: discipling women in the church and community.

2008-2015 – Ray: Pastor, New Hope Fellowship, Campton, NH; Laurel: discipling women in the church and community.

In all of our ministries, we have ministered as a team, Laurel discipling women, Ray discipling men, and the two of us ministering together to couples.

Our Current Ministry Focus

Our vision is to help plant networks of intentional, personal disciple-makers in a variety of churches so that they will carry out the mission of Matthew 28:18-20 for generations to come. We are currently ministering to men and women who are leading their own disciple-making ministries in New England.
